Directions for PoHo Oil

Asthma

Rub upper parts of chest liberally with oil; cover with towel. Inhale fumes of oil and take ten drops internally with water 3 times daily.

Cough:

Rub oil gently on the external throat area. Apply a small quantity of oil on your fingertip and place it on the back of your tongue. If cough persists, discontinue use and see a physician.

Earache

Rub oil on the back of the ear. Moisten small wad of cotton with oil and gently insert in aching ear
